First elements successfully produced

While Castor Prefab showcased the initial production run of their innovative facade elements at the PREFAB trade show last week, we had the pleasure of viewing dynamic drone footage of their manufacturing facility.

Advanced automation

This brand-new plant in Veenendaal is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery, including a framing station, machining bridge, tilting table, and insulation bridge—all featuring high-level automation.

Duivestein panel storage system

Located on the mezzanine floor above the primary line is the MD-SV automated panel storage system, fully engineered, built, and installed by Duivestein Techniek. This automated system not only manages material storage and feeds the processing machinery, but also automatically tacks/fastens the sheet materials onto the elements to ensure precise alignment and prevent shifting.
